At Nexgenzneeds we value our customers and aim to deliver the best quality products However returns are only accepted under specific conditions as outlined below

Eligibility for Returns

We only provide returns in the following cases

Manufacturing defects

Defective or damaged products received in faulty condition

Scam or incorrect product delivered

Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind dislike of product or minor variations such as slight color or packaging differences

Conditions for Return

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product

The product must be unused in original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase

A video of unboxing is mandatory as supporting proof for any return or replacement claim

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges incurred during delivery will be deducted from the refund amount

If your order qualified for free shipping the courier cost borne by us will also be deducted

In case our courier partner does not provide pickup service in your area you will need to ship the product back at your own cost

Refunds

Once the returned product passes inspection the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method such as bank account card or UPI
